San Francisco’s skyscrapers have been experiencing a rash of broken windows due to faulty design, maintenance, and severe weather, raising concerns about safety in the event of a major earthquake.

The Millennium Tower in San Francisco is sinking and tilting, causing a host of other issues, and the building’s precarious tilt is offsetting plumbing lines, causing sewage backups in some units.
