The Buena Vista Horace Mann PTA is fundraising to throw a street party on Valencia Street between 23rd and 24th on Saturday, April 26th from noon to 5pm, as they have been through hell with lead in the water, arsenic in the soil, a kid getting shocked by an electrical wire, flooding, and more, and they are now trying to throw the district’s biggest party.
