Ghost Ship Warehouse Site to Become Low-Income Housing

Unity Council is planning to build a five-story apartment complex on the site of the burned-out Ghost Ship warehouse, which was the site of a deadly fire in 2016, in order to provide low-income housing for 58 households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.
