It was only a matter of time until someone turned all this Super Bowl statue vandalism into something delightfully adolescent.
As you recall, earlier this week we ranked the vandalized Super Bowl statues. There were some pretty great ones, no doubt, but none of them had yet ventured into the realm of pornographic. All that has changed now.
A reader just sent in these photos of the Super Bowl 50 statue taken last night at Fisherman’s Wharf. While I don’t quite know what a sperm owl is (maybe they hang out at The Eagle?), I do know the image below definitely looks like a dick jizzing on an “O” that presumably stand for sperm owl.
Maybe we should ask Ed Lee, I bet he knows.
